SPREADSHEET MELTDOWN.

Last night was interesting numbers on the wall, coffee gone cold, muttering “just one more VLOOKUP.”

Turns out picking winners when 2,577 people are quietly smashing the open button isn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be.

So I pulled the data, generated a few charts (👇), and here’s what jumped out:

  • 11.7 % of you haven’t missed a single email.

  • 30.6 % open at least four-out-of-five.

  • 35.7 % have clicked a link (average CTR among clickers: 26 %).

  • Median open rate? 38 %. Median click rate? a heroic 0 % — most of you lurk, some of you pounce.

Why am I looking at all these numbers?

A few weeks ago, as part of my 100 days, I set a competition.

Who among you is the best?
Who reads the most emails?
Who is taking notice?

I wanna know. I want to reward and say thank you to the real ones.
