Penfriend Done-For-You (FAQs)

Let us figure out your keywords 💪

Hi Penfriends!

We’re testing a new service this week and the limited spots are filling up.

It’s Penfriend, but done-for-you.

  • We’ll figure out the right keywords for your niche

  • We’ll generate 150 blogs for you

  • We’ll even publish them for you (if you would like us to)

It’s a heavy lift for us, so we won’t be taking on a lot of clients.

We’ll take everything off your hands

We’ve completed one project already, and we begin another next week.

And now, we’re soft-launching it to you guys (with a 30% discount)

You see, we’ve often heard that knowing what to ask Penfriend to write is hard.

It’s the thing that every single one of our annual plan subscribers tell Tim on the free content strategy calls he does.

Tim hears these types of questions:

  • What keywords would work for me?

  • What’s my keyword strategy?

  • What should I ask Penfriend to write first?

  • What are my hubs?

  • What are my spokes?

  • What should my first 30 articles be?

So we decided to test a service where we figure all that out for you (something Tim’s done for over a decade), generate 150 articles based on the keyword research, and even upload them to your site.

It’s for people who:

  • don’t have the time to learn

  • just want to pay to get it done

  • need to move fast

  • want to quickly become a topical authority in their niche

Now, because it’s a test, and a heavy lift for us, we’re only opening up a few slots, and don’t have many remaining.

Some FAQs:

What kind of traffic can I expect?
There’s no real way to determine what to expect in terms of traffic within a time frame. But here’s some charts of our internal projects, the longest one being TopApps.ai at just over a year.

Here’s the new HireAndFireYourKids.com blog with around 150 articles (mostly published over a few weeks)

And here’s the new Penfriend blog with around 400 articles (mostly published over a few days)

Will Google penalise me if I publish 150 blogs at once?
Unlikely. Google penalises bad content. Google heavily penalises lots of bad content. Google loves lots of good content. The faster you publish lots of high quality, internally linked content, the faster you’ll be seen as a topical authority.

How many blogs will you generate for me?
150 minimum, but you can request more of course. The client we’re working with next week has requested 300 to get to topical authority faster.

What’s the time frame?
It’s a first come first served thing, and we can’t take on too many clients at once because it’s a heavy lift on our side. But to give you some idea, the work is a matter of days to weeks, not months. We create the articles in one session. You can choose to publish them at once (like we do, and recommend) or over time if you prefer.

How long will the articles be?
Penfriend v.2 rarely makes an article under 3,000 words. But it depends on how thorough the articles need to be to answer the search intent, add to your topical authority, and ultimately rank. I’ve seen articles 6,000 to 10,000 words long because they’re large hub pieces.

Do we manually check the articles?
Yes, a human will make sure the Penfriend articles are fit for publication.

What does publishing look like?
We can publish them for you if you temporarily give us guest access to your Wordpress admin. Or we can leave publishing them to you.

Will you add images?
We don’t add images because we don’t get involved with design elements. Not having images shouldn’t prevent you from publishing the articles though. We have hundreds of articles without images on the Penfriend blog that we’ll return to over time.

Once again, because it’s a test, and a heavy lift for us, we’re only opening up a few slots, and don’t have many slots remaining.

Best wishes,

John, Tim, and Inge
