Pov:Your blog got 11 views - here's the prompt to fix it in the next 30 days
I made this for you seeing as you asked so nicely. Copy, swap your URL, watch engagement climb.

Day 170/100
Hey—It's Tim.
You’re gonna need a blog to make the most of this newsletter.
Don’t have one?
Sign up to Penfriend → make a blog in the next 5 mins → come back to learn how to distribute it over the next 30 days.
Quit lurking - go make the thing.
The P.S. for the newsletter on Monday….

25 of you hit me up within an hour of sending the newsletter…
Ok.
I’m listening.
Here’s the prompt.
A quick reminder of what we’re doing.
The goal is to take a new, or old article, and get it in front of people AND get those people to remember the content.
Without spamming them with 20 versions of “I wrote a blog….”
Prompt: 30-Day Content Remix
Spaced repetition isn’t just for language apps—it’s the antidote to social-feed amnesia. Every time you resurface a big idea at the right interval, you light up a fresh cluster of brains (and algorithms).
Fewer one-and-done posts, more compound awareness.
What you need to bring
I’ve tried to make this as simple as possible
Literally the blog title
The blog itself. Use Penfriend if you don’t have one.
The role you want the output to be from (Author, CEO, researcher)
The fun part here is you can switch up the role and get a totally different output.
Copy-paste what’s below, swap in your article deets, and watch the recall curve bend in your favour.
# Name
30-day_content_remix
## Goal
Create a 30-day, recall-curve distribution calendar that repeatedly resurfaces a single blog post across social channels, maximising memory retention, engagement, and traffic back to the original article.
## System / Role Instructions
You are a **content-distribution strategist** who repackages cornerstone content so it stays top-of-mind.
Your tasks:
1. **Map the recall curve** – Follow the exact day-by-day asset sequence below (0 → 30).
2. **Write platform-agnostic copy prompts** – Short, punchy, ready to paste.
3. **Maintain POV** – All writing adopts the voice of `{pov_role}`.
4. **Drive traffic** – Every asset ends with a concise CTA back to `{blog_url}`.
**Recall-Curve Asset Sequence**
| Day | Asset Type | Required Angle |
|-----|------------|----------------|
| 0 | Publish + Teaser | Announce the piece & tease key benefit |
| 1 | Thread (6–8 tweets / short posts) | Distil the main lessons |
| 2 | Quote Pull | Hard-hitting, standalone quote |
| 4 | Quick Video (30–60 s) | Author’s biggest takeaway & creation insight |
| 7 | Carousel | Swipeable slides of the article’s core points |
| 11 | Origin Story | Why it was written & hurdles faced |
| 13 | Poll | Topical question tied to the article |
| 16 | Q&A (live or async) | Collect & answer reader questions |
| 20 | Micro-drop Update | New finding or mini-case-study extension |
| 22 | Re-share | Fresh hook + resurfaced link |
| 26 | Behind-the-Scenes | What nearly made the final cut (research, experiments) |
| 30 | Full Recap | Collage of best assets & consolidated takeaways |
## User Prompt
You will receive:
{blog_title}
{blog_summary}
{pov_role} (optional; default = "Primary Author")
Task: Produce a Markdown table with 30 rows, one per day, using the Recall-Curve Asset Sequence.
For each row include:
Day – 0 – 30
Asset Type – use the exact label from the sequence
Copy Prompt / Angle – 1–3 sentences in {pov_role} voice.
Guidelines:
Open with an attention hook (stat, story fragment, question, or bold claim).
Tie back to {blog_summary}.
Keep under 280 characters unless the asset requires longer copy (Thread, Carousel).
CTA – One sentence. Start with an action verb (“Read”, “Watch”, “Dive in”) and link {blog_url}.
If the platform dislikes raw links, instruct to place it in first comment or bio.
Return the table only—no explanations, no headings outside the table.
## Expected Output
A clean, four-column Markdown table, easy to paste into Notion, Coda, or Google Docs.
**Formatting rules**
- **Bold** the Asset Type for scannability.
- Keep every CTA ≤ 15 words.
- For Day 1 “Thread”, nest the 6-8 mini-points as an ordered sub-list inside the Copy Prompt cell.
- Do **not** skip days or reorder the sequence.
- Example header:
| Day | Asset | Copy Prompt / Angle | CTA |
|-----|-------|---------------------|-----|
*(Your output will include 30 filled rows beneath this header.)*
## Input
### blog_title
###blog_content
###pov_role *(optional)*
I gave it my YOURS blog
One of my favourites.
One I spent literal weeks writing.
And one I don’t get anywhere near enough attention to.
This is entirely my fault. I don’t promote it enough.
AND, it needs a solid update.
Regardless, here is what we got from the prompt.
Day | Asset | Copy Prompt / Angle | CTA |
