Day ???/100. Monday. The whole price list.
Hey—It's Tim.
A week ago I told you the dead internet stopped being a theory.
Since then: there's no support ticket for a model that learned something wrong about you. Nobody reads your page, they read one paragraph of it. Here are the hundred checks I run. And on Saturday, here's what happened when I ran all of them at myself.
412 dead URLs. A sitemap pointing at a 404 since May. 63% of my headings written in a font no crawler can read.
Not one of those was a content problem.
Tomorrow I point it at your site.
Eleven years I've spent telling people their content was the issue. Usually it wasn't. It was the site underneath it, and I've never had a clean way to show someone that in a form they could act on the same afternoon.
Now I do.
Your whole site. All 600 checks, not the hundred I published. Every failure written up with the exact fix underneath it, in the order to do them. Five working days from the moment you reply.
What it costs. All of it, up front.
I'm going to do something I've never seen anyone else do, which is publish the entire price list before a single person has paid.
Audits 1–2 · free · you give me a written testimonial
Audits 3–5 · free · you give me a video one
Audits 6–8 · $100
Audits 9–11 · $200
Audits 12–14 · $350
Audits 15–19 · $500
Audit 20 onwards · $500, and site size starts to matter
Nineteen audits between here and the standing price. The number next to your name depends on one thing, which is when your email lands in my inbox.
There's no cap and no closing date. Nobody gets turned away, nobody gets told the doors have shut. The only thing that moves is the price, and it moves one way.
Audit six costs $100. Audit nineteen costs $500. Identical audit.
Why it climbs instead of falling.
Because the early ones are worth more to me than the money is.
I want testimonials. I need audits I'm allowed to publish in full. I need the fix library built out while the volume is still small enough to do it properly. The people who go first pay less because they're handing me something the later ones won't have to.
That's the trade.
And my guarantee to you.
If I can't find something on your site you didn't already know about,
AND tell you exactly how to fix it, you don't pay.
Not a partial refund. Not a credit. Not a call to talk it through. You don't pay.

One email, one instruction: reply with your URL. That's the whole application. No form, no call, no discovery process, no deck.
My inbox is open now, though, and the rungs fill in the order replies arrive in it. I'm not going to pretend I didn't see an email because it turned up thirteen hours early.
And if all the free ones are gone by tomorrow, I’ll let you know.
So if you already know you want this, you already know what to do.

Same brain, different platforms: X, Threads, LinkedIn.
P.S. Look at the free tier again. The first two give me a written testimonial. The next three give me a video one. Even inside free, showing up later costs you more. That's the design, and I'd rather hand it to you than hide it.
