Hey—It's Tim.
You don't have a content creation problem.
You have a content multiplication problem.
And when I say you, I mean me.
I sit down. Write a blog post. Maybe it takes you an hour. Maybe three. Maybe you talked it into existence using AI and it took 20 minutes. Hint hint, Penfriend.
Either way - you now have one piece of content.
And then what?
Most people: nothing. The blog sits there. Maybe gets indexed. Maybe gets shared once on LinkedIn with a limp "check out my latest post" caption. Maybe you tweet about it and then forget.
That's a content graveyard.
I've been building content systems for 10 years. And the single biggest waste I see - every single time - is people who write good stuff and then do absolutely nothing with it.
One blog post should feed your social channels for a week. Minimum. Not the same link shared five times. Actual standalone posts, each one native to the platform, each one hitting a different angle from the original piece.
So I built Prism.
You put one blog in. White light in, all the colours out.
Prism reads your blog, extracts tall the sharpest insights, matches each one to the right platform (LinkedIn, X, newsletter), generates 4-7 different hooks per insight per platform, and writes the full posts.
The more original you are, the more content you get out of it.
I pointed it at one of my own blog posts last week. Got back:
45 standalone tweets
45 full threads (5 sparks × 9 hooks)
11 LinkedIn posts
3 newsletter riff angles
All in my voice. Trained on 600+ of my real LinkedIn posts and 4,000+ comments. Not generic AI slop. Me. My opinions. My cadence. My tendency to start making a point and then wander off into something more interesting.

This one I did for a friend.
Here's what I want you to try.
I want to do this for you. But, right now, it’s just a system. No front end, so
Reply to this email with a link to your best blog post.
Any blog post. Your favourite one. The one you're proudest of. The one that deserved more attention than it got.
I'll run it through Prism myself. Personally. And send you back a Google Doc with the full output - every tweet, every thread, every LinkedIn post it generates from YOUR content, in YOUR voice direction.
Give me 48 hours (I'm recovering from surgery and running these between naps and painkillers).
No catch. No paywall. No "book a demo."
Just reply with the URL.
I want you to see what this feels like. Because once you see 100+ posts sitting in a Google Doc, all from something you already wrote, the way you think about content changes forever.
You stop asking "what should I post today?"
You start asking "which of these 100 posts is the best one for today?"
And then you scroll a little further and realise I did that part for you.
Prism is coming to Penfriend properly in the next few weeks. But right now - you get to try it before anyone else. The only way to get this is to reply to this email.
If this was useful - or if you know someone sitting on a pile of blog posts gathering dust - forward this email to them. Seriously. The best content marketing advice I can give anyone right now is: stop creating more and start multiplying what you already have.
Reply with the URL. I gotchu.

Same brain, different platforms: X, Threads, LinkedIn.
P.S. Would you want this as it’s own service? Or should it just be rolled into Penfriend?
